Crypto withdrawals go out once the network confirms them, usually within minutes. Bank withdrawals depend on your bank and typically take one to three business days. A newly added withdrawal address may be held briefly as a security measure.
Kraken serves clients through licensed entities, and which entity applies depends on your country and the product you're using. Our legal pages set out the position for each jurisdiction.
Recovery starts with your registered email and your two-factor method. If you've lost both, support can verify you through the identity documents you gave us at sign-up. Keep your recovery codes somewhere offline.
